Overview

This course supports the adage "Know thyself." We all have a unique makeup of skills, several of which we can even call strengths.

There are several assessments in the marketplace, like the Myers Briggs ®, that can give us general ideas of how we think and see the world.

This course is designed to look beyond the assessments and map out your own unique set of strengths—your genius. We all have it, but few people take the time to isolate their innate and developed strengths. Even fewer understand how to leverage these strengths and apply them to fulfilling work.

Understanding your unique skill set also helps you to market your skills to your current and future employers in a way that conveys your value.

If you are like many people, you may balk at the idea of having a "genius" set of skills. This course will help you see and overcome those mental limitations. Through this work, you will come to see others' "genius" and see a path to help leverage their skills.

The course offers a workbook to help you identify and focus your development in your areas of greatest need and payoff.
