Overview

While not everyone has the title of Project Manager, most people collaborate on projects and will benefit from understanding the proper processes and procedures to deliver project results--on time and within budget. 

In this course, designed to be taken after completing Introduction to Project Management, you will move beyond managing schedules and team members to managing cost and procurement and risk and quality. You will also learn how to identify, care for, nurture, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Most importantly, you will learn how to handle stakeholder conflict and deal with their change requests.
