Social proof: testimonials

“I first met Tony when he was my instructor and mentor for a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt class at VSP. His teaching style was very well thought out and structured. He was able to get me to think about solving problems from several different angles. He was able to keep our class on track, asked leading questions so we could get to the answer ourselves, and was (is) a great storyteller! He motivated our class to participate through group exercises and role-playing scenarios. ”

Steve Hewitt, Senior Business Analyst--Customer Experience Center

“I've had the pleasure of working with Tony on several projects at VSP, and it's hard to think of more than a small handful of people at VSP that have such a natural curiosity around the 'what', the 'how' and the 'why'. When interviewing me around the desired outcomes of a project, he often forced me to look at the project and outcomes differently by the end of the meeting. I like to be challenged to think differently, and Tony is a great facilitator in that regard. ”

Dan Morgan, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Commercial Markets

“Tony is an expert on business optimization and has dynamic project management skills. He led a corporate wide initiative to select a financial software tool among many vendors. Tony worked with all levels of the organization to ensure the software tool met everyone's needs. He also did a terrific job teaching and mentoring employees on Lean Six Sigma principles.”
