Overview

This course is developed for individuals and team leaders. Individuals will understand personal accountability, the role of responsibility in their work and life, and how they can positively impact the culture of accountability on any team on which they are a member. 

Team leaders will understand the impact of leadership accountability, their role in their team accountability, and how to create and maintain a culture of accountability. 

Both individuals and leaders will create an accountability plan and an implementation action plan outlining how they will incorporate accountability in their job and life.

Kelli Kellen

Kelli Kellen is a certified Leadership, Executive, and Business Coach focused on helping teams and individuals improve their performance through process evaluation, time management, and productivity training. With more than 25 years of leadership and management experience with government agencies, nonprofits, startups, and publicly traded companies Kelli has extensive knowledge of how to develop high-performing teams which produce results. Kelli is certified as a Professional Coach, Energy Leadership Master Practitioner, and Core Dynamics Leadership and Performance Specialist by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) as well as a Certified Executive Coach and Certified Business Coach through the Center for Executive Coaching (CEC). She is certified to administer the Energy Leadership Index, Performance XT, Emotional Intelligence, and Emotional Intelligence 360 psychometric assessments. Kelli also holds a certification in Change Management.
