Overview

The Accountability Group is a group of people who meet weekly to share their goals for the coming week, report on their progress from the week before and offer support and ideas to other members. The group members work together to hold each other accountable for making progress toward their stated goals and to celebrate their successes.

What's Included

This course is perfect for you if you've developed an Accountability Plan and now need support in implementing it. You’ll receive:

  • A monthly training lesson on a topic relevant to setting your goals or staying on track to achieve them
  • A weekly update meeting to share what you completed the previous week and state what you will accomplish in the coming week
  • Membership in a private Community where you can share your goals, action items, commitments, tools, support, and ideas to help everyone move forward toward achieving their goals
  • One 15 minute coaching session per month
  • A supportive community of like-minded individuals who want to help each other reach their goals

Kelli is certified as a Professional Coach, Energy Leadership Master Practitioner, and Core Dynamics Leadership and Performance Specialist by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) as well as a Certified Executive Coach and Certified Business Coach through the Center for Executive Coaching (CEC). She is certified to administer the Energy Leadership Index, Performance XT, Emotional Intelligence, and Emotional Intelligence 360 psychometric assessments.
