Overview

Having a diverse workplace leads to better decision making and increased innovation. And while your leadership team likely acknowledges these many benefits of a diverse workplace and while they may want to create a culture that embraces diversity, the challenges of creating and integrating a diverse workplace cannot be overlooked. Specifically, cognitive biases and distortions that all human possess can impede cultivating an optimal diverse culture.

Following this seminar, attendees will be able to

  • identify individual cognitive biases and distortions,
  • pinpoint when such cognitive obstacles arise, and
  • explore personal experiences with prejudice from others.

Once these biases, obstacles, and personal experiences have been identified, Dr. Lombardo will teach attendees how to apply her patented Neuro-Regenerative TrainingTM system to address their self-worth and the role it plays in these biases and obstacles. You cannot create a workplace that is truly open to diversity, unless you address unconditional self-worth. Otherwise, people will continue to be threatened by differences.
