Overview

While we as a society are discussing and exploring how we can include diverse people on our teams and in our lives, the physically disabled are frequently overlooked or left out all together. 

In this course, we explore the history of inclusion of individuals with disabilities in society, the challenges they face in society today, the benefits of hiring employees with physical disabilities, how to interview and accommodate the physically disabled. This course also discusses how to prepare the next generation of leaders to fully embrace this community.

Following the training, attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss the issue live with a physically disabled person.
